4, There are dimensionalities in the processors and scanners. Please check the dimensionalities.
二. The bottom camber of sample size doesn't match to the paper card as original last?
Ans: 1, Check paper card to see whether there is any problem or not.
2, Check the data of sample size in profiles to see if it is the same as the real data of original last.
3, Check the grading data. The compensated circumference should not too much. it should be set to the figure of cutter wear parameters.
4, Plus-minus figure of toe spring should not too high when up and down.
三. It doesn’t work when inputting with keyboard after starting your PC?
Ans: 1, If the keyboard of computer case is lock, just loosen the keyboard button.
2, If the keyboard ware haven't been linked, please link again and start your computer again.
四. Fine-cutting cut incompletely after rough-cutting?
Ans: If the distance of rough cutter and fine cutter changes, please adjust again to make it as same as those of system parameter.
The point is : If top line can’t be cut with fine knife after rough-cutting, than the distance of cutters will be shorter; If the front sole of the last can't be processed after rough cutting, the distance of cutters will be longer.
五. The top line turn to narrow after the original sample of new last being processed?
Ans:1, If the clamping or two locating-pin of the scan back centre loose, please nip and install again and have a check.
2, If air pressure of scanner is too high, please adjust again.
3, If slide rail gap of scanning A-axis is too big, please adjust again.
4, If slide rail gap of scanning C-axis is too big, please adjust and change a bearing.
5, If the cutters of processing machine be worn seriously, please replace the old cutter with a new one.
六. The processed sample size of last should be bigger than those of the original last?
Ans :1, Check the parameter figure of the processor to see if "KF2" is "7" or not.("KF2 should be "7")
2,Check the outside waist radian of the original last to make sure if the scanner is attached to the last completely to get the data.
七. There are irregular grain on the outside of the processed last?
Ans: 1, The back bearing locknut of X-axis screw may be loose. So, please lock the nut again.
2, Check the original last, please adjust before scan.
八、It sounds so week abnormally during rough cutting?
Ans:1, It may be the problem that the leather belt is loose. Just tighten the belt again.
2, There are different weight among five rough cutters, making it centrifugal. So, please check and change the old cutters.
3, The rough cutter is not sharp enough, so you need to rub the knife.
4, There is not enough outside input voltage power. And the variable pressure coil of voltage stabilizer is too old. Please change and adjust it again.
九. The scanned graph is too big, and the circumference of the drawn and processed profile is 20-30mm longer?
Ans: Because the scanned A-axis haven't went back to the zero position. Please make it go back to the zero position before scan.
十.When processing, some area may be cut deeper, than servo warning happens and machine stops.
Ans:1, The processing speed is too high, you need to cut down the speed.
2, Check the servo to make sure if it shows warning signal and the warning number is. Please solve the problems according to the servo number.
