Smart monitoring, automatic alarm

In EMMA smart nesting system, there's smart recognizing monitoring function in “Digitizing the hide” procedure, nesting machine could show alert if the leather grade does not reach grade requirement set by factory, this provides proof for factory to double check with leather supplier. In “smart nesting” procedure, there's smart monitoring function, nesting software shall alert automatically if the nesting result exceeds allowance which set by factory, supervisor could double check the nesting or check with leather supplier.

Smart cutting data analysis

Date for cutting job instruction: the templates, material parameter, order and cutting plan etc. The data could be import by scanning RFID or bard code. Data for real time cutting progress exporting: real time progress of each shoe style, working status of each cutting machine, activation of each machine, efficiency of operator, statistics of unqualified pieces. All cutting machines could be linked to the same database.
