Category III areas increased from vnd 3.25 million to vnd 3.43 million (up vnd 180000)
Category IV areas increased from vnd 2.92 million to vnd 3.07 million (up vnd 150000)

According to the act:
1. If the enterprise or its branches operate in regions with different regional minimum wage standards, the wage shall be calculated according to the minimum wage standards of each region.
2. Enterprises located in industrial zones and processing zones in different regions use the regional regulations with the highest minimum wage to calculate wages.
3. For enterprises with changed name or residence, the minimum wage standard of the area before the name or residence is temporarily adopted until the government issues new regulations.
